I've been spending extended periods of time logged into the chat server, but nobody seems to be around when I am. Nahemah and I were online together once, and I've seen xaarea and Rin lurking, along with akimbomoss today, but thats about it sadly...

I used to chat alot between 1993-2007... but then I realized that the bang for the buck is low compared to forums. Another problem is sometimes somebody says something extreemly intelligent in there and it's lost forever. That's no good.
I also find with unpopulated chat rooms you do a lot of lurking and the rhythm is unpredictable and I keep on checking obsessively. Maybe I should clear my desk to put a second monitor.
The motto of the chatroom is "no promises".
