I've read almost everything now.. and tbh i was talking here while i read about the goats and stuff.
Funny thing that i was talking about the goats being killed after a big successful business could be also a form of way to please the entities your family worship .. when i read the guy who was slaughtering them told you it was so.

I was thinking that because if it was the case.. it's a pretty common situation for someone who engages in candomble. Most entities around the religion are very earth to earth .. so it's common to offer them material things. You must be acquainted with the Yemanja day in Brazil.. where many persons go to the sea and offer a wooden little boat with flowers and other things in it. There is nothing bad to it tbh .. it's standard situation and nothing to be afraid or to consider bad (usually). Depending on the entity you are working with .. you offer whatever it's known to please them the most.
According to the voices and entities that you say that talk to you and you see.. that is a more sensitive subject at least for me i don't like to influence alot on such personal things but i try to give my 2 cents.

I don't know what kind of relation you have with your family .. but i think you should definitly learn more about candomble.. and in a subtle way .. try to understand how much your family is involved in it. I think alot of your experiences are influenced by the depth of relation your family has with it and i think you were influenced by it since childhood because you were directly affected by those experiences.

Akimbomoss, I did some research and found that the pentagram is a kind of a gateway that allows those energies to come through, I also saw this guy on youtube, dont remember his name, saying that there are some entities related to the pentagram that feed on anger and fear, I am not sure how reliable is this info, but it seems to match what happened to me. When I bought the pentagram, I was actually following instructions from this entity, he told me to do so, the thing is that there are many of them, this one, lets call him Vinny, seems to be very knowledgeable, providing pretty good advice, but the others, the ones the bring the hate feeling, give very dangerous advice, which I won´t dare.

The thing with the energy, it seems that they are actually providing me with energy, I found that, when I am under their effect, I feel stronger, I am able to do physical activities way above what I am used to do, but that is it, it seems that it gets in the way of intellectual work, the extreme being this feeling of hate, which is very demanding and tiresome. Those other energies seem to try to isolate me, they actually succeed twice in making me totally alone, also, they are not articulate like the other entity, their communication is mostly through energy, no reasoning. I asked the other entity, Vinny, about them, and he told me that I have to learn how to cope with that energy, so they seem to work together, that is when I began to do some research and try to learn more about it, including posting this message.

The last time I had this strong hate feeling, I thought of something like exorcism, so I got in touch with the guys at Santo Daime, they told they would organize a healing session for me, but before it took place, a kind of exorcism actually happened in my room, this very powerful force came along and kind of made everything clear, it kind of showed me, in a few seconds, everything that I should do, and also brought a very comforting feeling with it, I cried a lot, taken all the hate away, one of the instructions was to get the pentagram out of my house, which I did. But I don´t know if the instruction concerning the pentagram was for me not to mess with it anymore, or if was just the case that I was not ready yet. I do feel very attracted to the pentagram, something I cannot explain.

Hobotubbie, I definitively want to learn more about those things, this experience with the pentagram was a real eye opener. As for the Candomble, it is them who make such distinctions. Umbanda practices something which they call "mesa branca"(literally, white table)which is pretty similar to Alan Kardec spiritism(another religion very popular in Brazil), in which they claim to deal only with "good spirits", and only engage in spiritual activities in order to do good things, as opposed to Candomble, where they deal with all kinds of spirits, and for all sort of purposes, including causing harm to others and making money, which is disapproved by umbandists. Im other words, Umbanda, even though comprised by the same grouping of entities as Candomble, recognizes the distinction between good and evil, like christianity, while Cambomblé assumes the devil and God to be one(similar to satanism, isn´t it?).

As for my family, both my grandparents have already passed away, but in the case of my grandmother, she was very smart, and also was the founder of the presbitarian church in my town, which I attended during my childhood(until I was 12), I may be way off, but I am starting to see strong similarities with presbitarianism and satanism, specially on this emphasis on the pursuit of knowledge, even though presbitarianism is more limited on what they would allow. Being raised in the presbitarian church, I got in contact with the bible, know its stories, the entity from the pentagram actually discusses a lot the bible with me, I think it is part of the instruction he is trying to provide me with.

As I began to research this subject, I was astonished to find much of what the entity from the pentagram told me in these doctrines called satanism, or which are associated with it, I also found many people, mostly christian, talking about how "satan" communicates with people, and it is amazing how similar it is with my experience with the pentagram, but I am not taken aback by these considerations, I think those christians are wrong, actually, I now believe that Jesus was in line with these ideas from the entities.

Yep there are differences between candomble and umbanda.. but both of them or any religion can be used badly by anyone like you said. I think your experiences come from your family background who opened the door for you by being exposed. Ignore God.. Ignore Satan, forget jesus christ superstar.. and focus on yourself.. and what bring you to this point, why you are experience these things, who you are and what you want to do with it.

A follow-up to what I said about my grandmother, my uncle, her brother, has recently killed himself, and nobody knows why. Anyone has any ideia why something like that happened?Should I be concerned?Is there anything I could or should do?
