I have no idea what could had happen to me 2-3 times in my life.
The whole day I felt like under water(and I wasn't sleepy, I wasn't laying in bed, but walking, travelling by train):
hard to move, I felt my body like having no muscles at all, just my bones were keeping me up, it was hard to speak(my mouth was like I just came from dentist after having an anaesthetic), I felt so numb, everything was too heavy for me... while I was on the train I thought I couldn't even lift my luggage if I had to take one with me like other times, if I had a job my co-workers would thought I am lazy to work: couldn't move my fingers faster and walk faster, I was baffling on straight footwalk/street, lugging my heavy body while getting upstairs. [eek] [eek] [eek]
In such state I though I could make an OBE while on train, but I just felt my hands prickling. [question]
Felt like I was losing body density

The first question I always ask when hearing something along these lines is: Have you seen a doctor and ruled out a physical problem?
Sure, there's lots of 'occultic' things that this could be. There's also lot's of physical things this could be. Without a diagnosis or an all clear from a Doctor I generally don't discuss these types of issues further.

Yeah, this sounds more like a physical condition - you should really go see a doctor.

I had tests done one some minerals and they were ok... [unsure] I also took vitamins some time before thinking to get tests. I always absorb those vitamins(there is a brand I kept choosing when is the case). Also, in general, I don't have chronic disease.RoseRed wrote:The first question I always ask when hearing something along these lines is: Have you seen a doctor and ruled out a physical problem?
