noise

Post by shmatka »

If I'm standing still, relaxed (not meditating, I haven't been there yet...), sometimes this static noise keeps building up in my mind really loud, though then it fades. The other day I felt my head literally about to explode from it I thought I was going to flip crazy. I used to be able to hear music too, a while ago, like it existed someplace else and I tuned myself into it and if I just left it there and not focus too much on it I could keep listening, but if I forced my concentration too high then it would go away. And they were the most magical tunes.

It's not the kind of noise you feel when you're like blacking-out, I think its something else trying to reach my mind.
Any advise on how to make contact, or what could this be?

I should probably just start meditating regularly because I've been off of my head for a long long while

[rolleyes] oh and speaking of noises: everyday the house I live in (apartment actually) makes a CRACK, multiple times a day (sometimes louder than other times) but I never was able to associate this to anything. suggestions?

How old is the building and what's the weather like where you live?
When my wings get tired I grab my broom.

I've questioned myself about the temperature change, it could explain. The weather here is regular around 20ºC, mostly windy and humid. It happens mostly at dawn and at sunrise... That could be it then.

Do you have any pain or tightness in your neck, or upper back? Physical trauma can sometimes be the result of injury events. The first thing you might want to do is rule out any "worldly" causes, so try seeing a doctor. If you get a clean bill of health, then the search begins.

Consider seeing a licensed acupuncturist. They are quite skilled in dealing with the specific issues you describe. They are cheaper than doctors, who will only put you on drugs anyway. Acupuncture is what can really help!!! Let me know how this works. We can do some additional stuff online as well, but only after you've had at least three acupuncture treatments. then you can PM me with the diagnostic findings from your acupuncturist and I'll have all I need to help you. Good luck!
