Astral projection and telepathy

So even though I am still researching my way into the art of witchcraft, I have been meditating regularly for the last 5 years. I enjoy going out of my body by astral projections. These last 6 months though I've been having telepathic or psychic experiences where someone's thoughts will enter my head, I'll even have moments where I'll hear a conversation before it happens. I have tried to exercise this gift but it seemed to no avail. Last night I went into my living room to astrally project while my girlfriend was falling asleep in our bedroom. I left my body in a few minutes but I thought I went to sleep since I was having a conversation with my girlfriend and I couldn't see anything, we weren't talking about anything special. I hear her scream my name and I open my eyes to find myself in my room, then I blink and I'm back in my body 30 feet away. I ran over to her and asked her what was wrong. (She doesn't know the terminology so I'm just filling in for her) she said she had a case of sleep paralysis and she started going into the vibrational state, she doesn't meditate and has never projected so she didn't know what was happening. She forced herself back into her body the first time but the second time she was talking to me and actually SAW me in our bed with her. She couldn't physically talk until she was already halfway out her body and she scared herself back in but she said she was having a conversation with me before it happened. She was very shaken up afterwards and was taken by surprise since she was honestly very skeptical of my meditation and the time I've spent practicing Magick. My question is: was it all coincidental or did I start pulling her into the astral world with me? I know we were telepathically communicating, but I'm more afraid that she will hurt herself (mentally) out of fear if it happens again. Any suggestions as to if this is going to occur regularly? And if so is there anything I can do to protect her while it happens?

I think the fact that you are concerned enough about this to ask for help proves that the chances of it happening again are slim because you'll already know better, but if it does I do have a suggestion. If you find yourself communicating with your girlfriend while you are astral projecting, then you should simply stop. Get up and walk away, or float away, or vanish, whatever. If you feel that you are the one causing her to experience sleep paralysis then don't communicate with her while you're projecting. If she continues to have episodes then you'll know that it wasn't your fault and that something else is going on, and if she stops having episodes then that's good too.

I know it sounds a little simple, but the most complicated problems are often solved by the simplest solution. I've learned that the hard way. [smile]

Did you explain your side of the experience? I would think it best to fill her in on it all. She doesn't need to believe it, that is up to her, but I would be open about it with her. If she became a part of the experience then she was meant to. I wouldn't worry about it or even avoid it. Sleep paralysis isn't going to actually hurt her. I would do my best to explain things from your point of view and let her know it is entirely your point of view and opinion, and unless she asks you to avoid such contact I would not do so.

After all this happened my girlfriend agreed to start meditating to get comfortable with the idea and feeling of it happening again. She said she wants me to do it again (albeit in not sure if I can) so she can see where it takes her. She's very curious now what would've happened if she didn't fight it and let it happen. So until I get more control of it to do it intentionally, I'll be meditating a lot more and seeing if it happens again. It's nice that she's no longer skeptical cause that gives me the comfort to do it when shes home now as well. She commented yesterday on how I must have a lot of focus to meditate for more then 5 mins at a time because her mind kept wandering lol.

P.s. She also mentioned she has felt a lot less anxiety since I did th lbrp, so thats a good sign right?

Dude, I've actually asked people to do that for me on other forums and have gotten a lot of angry replies and a few weird ones saying I was trying to take advantage of someone in a weakened state(what ever that means). I don't suppose you can drop by sometime and help me project? you know float on over and make yourself appear to me as an angel or some other type of being that would fool me into being at ease and not so scared. I've projected twice in my life by accident and scared myself back in. I really want to experience this and see if this is real. my name is franklin and I'm on the north east side of Indianapolis. So what's it called when I am awake not meditating, can see everything around me for about 60 ft now, including through walls, even watch my self in my minds eye while typing this sentence? I'm not out of body, or astral
projecting, just sensing. It all started when I was playing with energy and now it's just kind of natural. Sometimes it's sensory overload and I have to drown everything out with music or other focus.

Does this have a term already?

Has this happened to anyone else?

Every time I try to project I loose focus as I start to feel like I'm falling from an un fathomable hight. Any advice?

Practice and discipline, dude. Seriously.

Decide what it is you want to do and refuse to fail. Stop yourself midfall and get back to where you were going. It can be very difficult at first but it can be done.

Well this current is interesting, it not only feels like I'm aware of everything around me, but certain amount of time as well. Like I'm ever present yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Life gets interesting and I'm rarely surprised.

I've been making it a habit to do daily practice at least once a day. I've been reinforcing the fact that my body isn't me, my mind is me, my energy is me, this is merly a vessel and when it's used up I mean to take another one. Or study more while a being of pure energy. Correction, pure consciousness. 'Solidify' my astral to a point where my body does not really matter. The brain is but mearly an antenna used by us to control our bodies.

As you all seem to say here, do as thou wilt, in regards to morality and ethics, I see no issue projecting out of my body near death and into the nearest fetus, or safer yet, newborn and evicting the occupant or absorbing their energy into my being. Especially if it's my own child.

Serious Warning: spending too much time in the Current will burn you out. Just thought I'd let you know if you weren't aware of that.

Already have 3 children so ya I'm ok with that. You're right it does burn you out eventually if you purposely sustain it. Been there, slept 2 days and a massive headack.
