I already own the book (but I did indeed miss the email address [blush] )
I simply just want to know if anyone has any experience with the book or think its full of a certain horned animals feces

The most well known books that "work" are the Grimoires by Crowley, which Waite wrote a book to simplify contained instructions. Sigils set forth by Crowley have also given rise to the Standard Set, the most contemporary list of sigils.
If the book you have are based on them, there is a high chance they will work to some extent.
