My weird evocation experience/question

So hey, yesterday I tried evoking a ficitional character, as it was reccomended to me by many people... I tried evoking Wiccan from the Young Avengers, he's lgbt (like me) and a wiccan, so I figured it would be good to ask him something. I layed out a comic with him on the page, styled my hair like his and placed The Magician tarot card, I thought it would help. I started meditating and chanted his name after a while I felt really weak and started seeing a red outline (like Wiccan's costume) and felt cold on my forehead, as if someone would press cold iron (like wiccan's helmet). And then I think I passed out for a couple of seconds... Do you think something happened? What did I do wrong?
