Theme Break?

Looks like the theme broke.

Forum and Topic icons have changed back to default.

Text within tables are now centered.

Hope I'm not the only one experiencing this.

Did we let the yellow jackets get too close?

Working on it and hope to get it sorted soon.

Most likely an update theme related problem, I think, but I'm not sure.

I thought the Admin team came up with a 'new look'.

Glad to know it's a theme break because it really isn't the most intuitive UI to navigate on a forum. [confused]

Sorry about that, we're still working on this. Themes should be fixed by tonight (Vashta says so).

A few issues ave been fixed and we're slowly going over the remaining things. At least, the background works again right? If you spot anything wrong please do send feedback so we can address it.

Umm....

Background never broke for me.

Forum and topic icons are gone and text within tables are center aligned instead of left aligned.

I really like the circle with the star that shows it's a post you've written in.

I don't mind the simpler background. It's the centered writing that's getting me.

The icons from the classic theme need to be imported from the old version, which is going to be done in a couple of hours.

Meanwhile, the new theme is now ready for use.
User Control Panel -> Board Preferences -> My board style: shows two choices!

In that list, "bridgesilver" is the classic theme and "we_universalOFgold" is the new black and white theme (the displayed theme names will probably be changed later to something more fitting for each theme).

Please keep sending feedback on the two themes we have now so we can keep improving things as we go!

Same thing I said in the mod forum, no I didn't break it, I tried fixing it, and it requires root access/site owner to fix it.

I just want the old theme. I cant use the white/grey theme with my monitor. Edit, what I mean is finally the old theme works again, not being center aligned, but it still looks little funky. It's at least readable now, hopefully it will get back to normal.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention. You might want to do a hard refresh on your browser to see all the updates properly. On PC, Ctrl+F5 should do the trick. On mobiles, you'll have to clear your cache manually.

Stukov, you'll want to use the Occult Classic theme, it's there in the choices in your UserCP.

Yeah I'm on that one already. After refreshing now its back on left side, but its missing information that used to be on the right as well.

Actually, it's not missing - it's just on the left instead. I kinda like it there better. It'll just take a little getting used to.

It doesn't look like it use to, the spacing is all off and it just looks wrong. If i had a screen shot of the old one I could be more specific, but I didn't realize you was changing the old theme.

Hello guys I am having a little issue which probably due to this theme break. I've got the purple glow on random topics which I read like a long time ago and don't have any new replies but still they. With some topics as I enter them then back the glow disappears with some others the glow is always there no matter how many times I enter it.

Yeah me too...

Did a little detective work and realized its not that these threads are unread, its that these are threads I've posted in specifically.

Compared to the "Written Word" theme, wherever I see this...

On the "Occult Classic" theme I see this....

This is confusing as its the same animation/graphic for unread posts.
