I think I went to the astral?

Post by KatrianaKitten »

I was running away from something (boyfriend was there too), the ground was kind of bumpy and rocky and sloped... I was terrified (I still don't remember why) and I saw a building ahead and ran towards it. The front door was locked, so I ran around back and the door around there was unlocked. I slammed the door shut, and turned around to see a long hallway with doors lined the whole way down it. From here, it starts getting blurry. I open up one of the doors and step through, and I end up in another hallway, only instead of the multiple doors, it's a T shaped hallway. The door I had stepped through was across the stem of T, with another open door across from me. That room had an old wood floor and an old wrought iron bed in it. There was an old wood dresser with white paint flaking off, and a window on the far side of the room, but I couldn't see anything through it from where I was. I didn't go into that room, but I did go into the room that was in the cross section of the T... Again, old wood floors, but this room looked kind of like an old church room for kids. A few wooden pews lined up in two rows, facing a chalkboard.
Those are the only rooms I remember clearly, but I do remember further exploring the house with my boyfriend before being pulled away. I woke up feeling exhausted and my legs hurting at 2:00 in the morning. I immediately texted my boyfriend (who at the time lived 2 hours away) and it turns out he had just woken up too, from the same exact dream. He's quite a bit more experienced than me with all of this stuff (he was born into a Wiccan family) and he thinks I was pulled into the astral, and he followed.

That's not all of it though. I've been to that place before, when I was in 1st grade. I told my grandma about it, running from something that had scared me, finding a building, the long hallway, the rooms, all the same. But if it was a recurring dream, how did my boyfriend get pulled into it? And what pulled me out?

I often do the same in my sleep. Visit places that have not changed and can be found else where. What you see may be a place you have been in a past life or a place you will once pass threw. So the chances that your projecting but to another place more on the physical is possible. I have done this many times however I have also found myself in the very situation I dreamed of there. Maybe you will find yourself running from something and end up in that very room. Or maybe it's more of a symbolic dream that needs to interpreted. You could even be misunderstanding your fear for something as simple as a game like hide and seek and it manipulates what you see in more of a negative light.

I hope I don't sound odd but I often have these kinds of dreams.

Mine was similar in nature and I was scared out of my mind if I'm honest. I ran threw the building looking for something and I remember feeling like I was running from something and my fear turned into running from something and looking for something at the same time. Halls became longer and stairs became more like broken bridges and the like. It slowly turned into a nightmare and I lost complete control of the vision because of my emotions.

I later figured this out because I went to that place with my grandfather. I had lost my little brother and found myself running around looking for him. I went threw all the same places and realized half way threw this was my dream. I had been dreaming of the future and an actual school my grandfather wanted me to apply to. Everything was the same before my fear mutated the vision out of control. No one was following me in fact I could say I was the one following me and scaring me because my fear of not knowing what happen to my little brother got to me just as bad.

Eventually I found him following future students threw the building. That's just when I realized our misunderstand of a vision can mutate it into something entirely different. You may have projected, had a vision, or just a bad dream. Only you can really figure that out and maybe someone I don't know yet but would love to know.
