I have a tendancy to believe in ID. The laws of nature appear to be fine-tuned for conscious life to develop. Arguments made by scientist Paul Davies and english philosopher Antony Flew convinced me that there is a Supreme Intelligence behind the whole process. As for biology, I am skeptical that random mutation and natural selection alone can account for all the information in the cells and the origin of life. But I am also distrustful of the agenda of the Christian right in the US that wants to use these ideas to promote religion.
