Hello there!

I have no luck with women. Maybe because I'm a shy person, or maybe because I'm not attractive I don't know. What I'd like to ask, is there any spell, ritual, anything which can help me? All I want is that women would want me, and make love to me, that's all I want. Or maybe I just should go to a hooker?

Nope, to be honest I started today to actively read about magic. Im a clueless true beginner, and I have no idea where to start.

My suggestion is that any kind of love spell shouldn't really be the first thing you try, if you're really going to do it. Probably nothing will happen, or something bad will happen.

Try using search function here on forum. 'Love spell', 'love knot', 'love magic' etc. There are lots of users who asked pretty much the same thing, I'm sure you'll find something useful.

Thank you for answering. Maybe there is a method which would make me more attractive to the opposite gender? Maybe creating a sigil? I've tried to use the search function, but I haven't found a solution to my problem, but maybe I've used the search function badly.

I would recommend a different kind of 'love' spell. Something to open up your love of self.

Start you off with a quick study of the Ego from a magickal and shamanistic perspective (courtesy of the wonderful people at google), what it's useful for and how it mucks things up (like our perception of self).

Okay since you asked. Get the Necronomicon Spellbook of the 50 names. Invoke Barashakushu as is instructed in the book. Please be informed that it is something that worked for me, however, I do NOT guarantee anything and I recommend NOT doing it. Instead, do what is advised by the others.

I think that will be a bad idea Rock Demon. Working with any spirit is dangerous if you have not even begun practising magic. The Necronomicon entities are pretty infamous for causing trouble. I suggest to Randall F to go for spellwork instead. It is safer even though not free from its own problems. Spells cast by fully inexperienced people, even if it works, may have backlash. I am suffering from it and I don't want to see the OP in my shoes.

Randall, I request you to study the occult and learn spellcasting. Learning the basics like centring, grounding, shielding, banishing, etc. Meditate to improve your visualisation and concentration skills. Look up correspondences and various methods of spellcasting. I believe in your case a general attraction spell will do just fine. Within a few months you will be able to do something about it. If you want to work with spirits do so after developing your spiritual foundation. In the meantime look for alternative options in the mundane world. I may not be an expert but I do believe that if you jump into these things right now you will suffer in the long run.

I agree with the weights, I find though personally, i like the results and feeling better if I go lighter and do higher reps.
I work out every day and target my ENTIRE body. Feel good after, must be the endorphin release or something.
I actually designed a complex algorithm and shorthand notation. It's beautiful. Tells me what I need to do everyday.
It's my Yoga, my form is perfect.

So anyways, yeah what I said. But don't go heavy with sloppy form, this makes no sense to me.

I actually had to build a lot of my equipment, using bands I bought online. To duplicate some gym equipment such as lat pull down, impossible to do with barbell and dumb bells. Plus I have exercises even the gyms don't have now.
