request for home protection spell

Hi could someone here tell me an effective way to protect my home against intruders and thieves
I have tried servitors for this before do you think this would be good if I do it right or do you think there would be better ways

I think servitors are good for this sort of thing, you could get statues to house them in for a more permanent solution, and a way to connect to them easier or feed them. Even just one will do but you can put one in each room. Talismans and poppets are similar things you can hide around the house. I think I remember a spell specifically for intruders and thieves in the New Avatar Power book. Regular banishing or exorcisms or your own personal spell/meditation to protect the house is good too.

Have you done a banishing/cleansing of your house? It's ideal to do this first. Then seal the entrances with consecrated salt and protective incantations. If it's in your practice you could petition a deity or spirit associated with security. Then place wards around your property and home and walk the perimeter regularly to reinforce them. Servitors work fine but I've found they are stronger and more effective at guarding physical spaces when attached to objects. Stone or metal figural sculptures, preferably with eyes and defensive features (weapons, shields, talons, fangs etc.) hold this type of energy well. Enchanting gargoyles and garden ornaments as wards is a very old practice.

Cleansing your house first will be a good idea, i usually just use smudging sage. I use this Protection jar, its fairly simple, all the ingredients are very easy to come by, i found that it all fits perfectly in a medium sized mason jar.

Protection Bottle Spell
Items: 1 bottle with cork - 1 cup salt - 3 cloves garlic - 9 bay leaves - 7 tbsp. dried basil - 4 tbsp. dill seeds - 1 tbsp. sage - 1 tbsp. anise - 1 tbsp. black pepper - 1 tbsp. fennel
Time: Morning of a sunny day
Ritual: Place the salt in a bowl and say:
"Salt that protects, protect my home and all within it"
Add the rest, one by one saying the same words. Mix together with your hands, lending energy. Visualize your home as a shining, safe, secure place of sanctuary. Put the mixture in the jar. Seal and say:
"Salt and herbs, 9 times 9 Guard now this home of mine" Keep the jar in a safe place or as an ornament.
