Possible Demonic Activity

I just need a bit of help here. My mom and I had just moved into an apartment last month... It had been abandoned/empty for about a year or more by the looks of it. The rental/real estate company never gave us any background information of the apartment's history. So, my mom and I went in blind.
First thing to note- an overwhelming smell of smoke and sulfur... sometimes even the smell of death is present when we first walk into the apartment. (The scent has been there since day 1 and it's still here now. The smell usually subsides within 5 hours... but when we go to sleep and wake up in the morning- the scent is back and even stronger than when we walk in.)
Second- there's what appears to be an attic space in the closet of my bedroom... but there was no attic spaces listed for any of the apartments in the complex. In a way, it kinda looks like a crawlspace or a makeshift storage space. I went in it and discovered bones- teeth, fingers, and possibly a fragment of a jaw. The space was pretty big- enough to fit a couple of dead bodies (or more). It was hot as hell in every other part of the apartment, but that crawlspace was ice cold. (I don't if any of you know what it smells like but, -I couldn't ignore the smell of old blood or rotting flesh when I was in the space)
Third- There are scratches on the walls, ceilings, and floors; when look closely or follow the scratches with your fingers- you can trace out inverted pentagrams, upside-down crosses, a symbol that looks like the Jewish star of david, a symbol that looks like the Swastika, or some symbol that could be mistaken for a language like Chinese or Japanese.
Fourth- There are bloodstains in the carpet... no matter how many times we clean them up, they always come back in a matter of minutes. (There's even a big blood splatter stain on my wall. It was there when we moved in, but my mom didn't notice it. I covered it with a poster so she wouldn't lose her mind... again)
Fifth- I have gotten locked inside my closet and my actual bedroom many many times. I'm usually alone in the apartment, so it couldn't have been my mom... but even then, the locks are on the inside of the rooms- where I would be standing. (I've even done small tests- I put something very heavy by the door to keep it open, but it would literally get thrown into a different room. The door would slam shut and lock itself somehow... even though the position of the lock said the door should be able to open.)
Sixth- Insects appear out of nowhere. My mom and I never open windows, nor do we ever leave a door open for longer than 3 seconds... but bugs would just appear. They were all pitch-black as well- spiders, flies, moths, -hell, even a baby tarantula... which makes no sense considering that tarantulas are not at all suited for the location we're in. And when we would kill them- blood would splatter right where we killed it, but nothing else would be there- just the blood. (we're trying to get the bugs killed, but it's almost impossible- it's like when we kill one, 10 more take its place... I don't think an exterminator could help at all...)
Seventh- Voices and totally bizarre noises. Almost every day, there will be whispering, growling, and hissing softly- like somebody makes those noises in your ear quietly. As it gets later, all the noises will become very loud. The whispering turns to yelling, the growling almost sounds like roaring, and the hissing sounds like a microphone being swallowed by a snake. About a week or so ago, we'll hear running water- like a waterfall, somebody drawing water for a bath, or turning on the sink and letting it run. You can hear scratching on the walls- sometimes inside of the room with you or like it's from inside the walls. Footsteps can be heard from the ceiling... there is no floor above us... no attic space above us besides that one "crawlspace" I have in my closet. (I've done EVPs- most of the speech caught is in another language or possibly just English backwards. A few times, I just set my phone down in different places of the apartment with it on record- it sounds almost as if there is (possibly) more than one entity here. I met up with my father (he's very skilled in the field of the paranormal) and shared my findings. He ended up doing his own EVP/recording sessions and got the same results- but, he caught the sound of an inhuman scream and a voice saying "GET OUT" loud and clear.)
Eighth- Physical attacks. My mom has been getting bruises and scrapes like it's not a problem. She'll be fine for a bit, then look again and she'll have two new bruises or even more. (I was sitting next to her on the couch one day- braiding her 'cause she wanted it out of her face- I looked at her neck once: clear. Looked again a minute later- three long bruise marks, about the size of large fingers were on her neck.) Scrapes would usually bleed many times after they're set in. (I had to wake up my mom one morning so she'd be ready to take me to meet up with my brother. I looked at her arms and legs- 4 three-lined scrapes along her calves and 2 three-lined scrapes- one on her left forearm and the other on her right shoulder. They were bleeding quite a bit a first- so I helped her clean it up... later that same day- she bled 5 more times from those scrapes... she'll still bleed from those scrapes if pressure is put directly on the scrapes.) I was setting up my bookshelf and putting my books on it. I realized my Stephen King books were on the other side of my room, so I walked over- when I turned around, the bookshelf was torn off the wall and thrown at me... I was lying in bed and almost asleep when something yanked me out of bed and drug me into my closet... I was cooking dinner and the knife that was in my hand was trying to cut me open... I lit a candle and something pushed me close into it and my hair nearly caught fire... Just this morning, I was pushed down the stairs after leaving the apartment to see my grandparents.
Ninth- Apparitions, Visions, and others. My mom has claimed seeing shadows dart around at night. Sometimes, she swears that she just had a conversation with me even though I was dead asleep in my room while that was happening... Apparently, this thing/these things can mimic people... I saw my uncle J-Jay in the apartment, watching my mother- umm... my uncle died of cancer 6 years ago... I saw one of my grandmothers- she was watching me draw the Insidious demon... she died 13 years ago... in the Philippines. I heard my brother calling me from the next room- he was over at his girlfriend's house at that time. My mother swears she heard her aunt singing when she called her aunt's phone- that aunt had died back in February... and her phone was disabled; number deactivated. I've seen lots of shadow people... a big black dog that could pass for an oversized black wolf... dead babies... goat/ram's heads... severed limbs and other body parts.
Tenth- Drastic temperature increases and decreases. My room is almost always 80 something degrees or so, but lately it's been more in the upper 90s. When walking around my room, you can many cold spots throughout... the closet always stay at the same temperature- 66 degrees. In the other rooms, the temperature is usually 70 something- but you find hot spots there... (About this last part: yes, I know the science of "when you sleep, your core temp drops because of lack of activity, and that's why you can wake up cold in the morning... but every night I sleep in that apartment- I'm sweating bullets... but when I wake up, I'm shaking like a Chihuahua.)

other smaller things noted- items will go missing (and can usually be found in my closet or in the "crawlspace" above it) ~item lost: where it was found~ mom's keys: closet floor. my books on various demons: crawlspace. mom's phone: closet- behind a mirror. my medications: crawlspace- underneath an old burlap(?) bag. mom's rent money: crawlspace- under a garbage bag... lights will flicker every three hours- on the dot... any candles (that will light or can be lit) have dancing flames or be blown out by means that are unknown... lack of sleep has been reported by between me and my mom and guests that have stayed the nights with us... most common times we are woken for no reason- 12:00, 1:30, 2:56, 3:00, 4:27...

If there is anyone out there who could help me out- please do! Even if it's advice on how to fix one of the problems listed- it'll still help. Any other demonologists- I'm still new-ish to figuring out what demon this could possibly be: as you might know, some of them can mimic the works of each other... or some of them can do the same things as one another. If you think, based on the information I've given, that you could give me a list of possible demons that could be attacking me- send it ASAP. (Honestly, I don't care that much if a demon is after me- they're actually really cool entities... Just be respectful of them, be honest, don't cross them, and don't lie- they can actually be really fun to talk to~ especially when you're dark, psychotic, and sadistic like me [crazy] It's just that my mom has been freaking out lately and begging my dad to do something about it. My mom has even started watching me closely- seeing if I'm possessed or some crap like that [eg] )

Speaking of cops: they tend to have records of crimes.

If you have blood splatters, nail markings, and bones -? Chances are something violent went down. If you go to your local police station, they will be able to tell you whether anything violent occurred there . . . if it did, I'd be willing to bet you have an angry spirit and not demonic possession/activity.

If you do have bones, though, they need to handed into the police.

It could be evidence, but it'd also be respectful to return them to the victims' families.
