I doubt it, and the ones that would help probably wouldn't do you any good. Just do it yourself, start by constructing a Ritual and trying to have some interaction with the supernatural. Manifestation of bizarre phenomena is good way to know you have made an effect. Pay attention to your dreams also. When you have made contact, then think about progressing further.

Of course there are other similar ways to begin.

Clients usually pay a fee, that is the "money" Desecrated was referring to. Nothing to do with the actual pact.
