Correspondences for a Judicial Process

Hey,

Assuming you were involved in a judicial issue that involves money, what kind of a process would YOU do?
What gods, daemons, hour correspondences, days, planets, scents, colors, furtniture, would you use and why?

Any theorical process that comes to your mind or one that you've already done successfully in the past is very much apreciated.

Real quick off the top of my head I would look at sephira 5 Geboor and the emperor as both are authoritarian and relate to law and punishment. That's a good start without any real specifics. Depending on my level of guilt or circumstances I might just pay whats do and accept responsibility which is not a fancy ritual [grin] but a ritual none the less. For a deeper ritual I might invoke a spirit in hopes it would manifest as the judge to be lenient as some are more lenient than others or perhaps charge a talisman that might help sway the jury to my point of view. In the case of the jury I would probably go with sephira 6 tiphareth for both its magnetic aura qualities and it's association with a "point" of view ie revolving around a single point in this case my "innocence". There are alot of angles and variables to play with in legal issues and this also means there are alot of ins for opposing forces. Hence the reason both prosecutor and defense get to interview jurors and take turns picking or kicking them. Hope this helps its as much as I can muster on the limited knowledge of circumstances but its a good start.

hoodoo probably has the most court/legal/law spells of any system and breaking the problem down into smaller steps like the last post lays out is a good idea as well, but i would put Jupiter in charge of this one

I didn't want to specify or give details but to be honest I need some help so I will do.

I did a divination three days before knowing that I had to be judged or that I was in any kind of trouble. The reversed Tower told me that something bad was gonna happen. I interpret this card in the most simple way; to me it means Bad which doesn't have a transcendent reason or a bad thing that is aproaching that I must surpass by my own means. My advise was simple: reversed Justice. By the time I didn't quite understand but now I do.

The case is that I have to pay someone money for something I haven't used nor bought. Indeed Saturn came to mind, however legally it seems I must pay. Morally I don't feel I must. That's why I am a bit affraid of Saturn. Karmically speaking I believe I did good in my actions, but legally it seems I must pay. I honestly don't know what kind of energy I should use to do as told, reversing justice. I have thought about Mars, warrior, shield to protect myself from my enemies and spear to hold them far, but to be frank here, I am not a seasoned magician and I am being aproached by some nasty shit. This is the first time I really depend on magick. I know this I must do, but would really apreciate some ideas or concepts that might help me successfuly do what I must.

I agree with Fraterai. I'd go with Jupiter/Chesed.

Qabalisticaly Tzadiq, the physical-mundane chakra of Chesed, literally means "Just", "Righteous", "Justice". Chesed or Gedulah is the LAW itself, as Geburah is the execution of the law (like judges and law are Chesed, and the military, the police, is Geburah). SO, I wouldn't go with Geburah. Geburah is the "Left Eye of God" according to Chasidism, so it tends to "punish" more than to "help". That's it's function. And as opposite, you have Chesed, that is Mercy.

I also woudn't work with Saturn, "The Grater Malefic", because has very similar tendencies as Mars. The castrator of Saturn I guess it woudn't be so much for the help. As you said, maybe to yourself you did the right thing, but legally it seemed it wasnt, soooo mars and saturns will go to the ACTUAL thing, and that is, you must pay. Go for Jupiter.

Before anything, do a cleasing or uncrossing ritual, to remove all bads. Then the Jupiter ritual.

For a more "hoodoo-ish" ritual, work with Saint Michael Archangel. Maybe a novena for the Saint.
