Hey, new guy here with a newb ??
When I was lurking, before I joined the site the background was a black and red majority, but when I joined its this bright white that's messing with my eyes. Was that change supposed to happen or did I happen to join when the site changed clothes?

We have an alternative forum skin that is bright white, but it shouldn't be the default. I think this may be why your forum skin colour has changed,so I'll go check it out and get back to you soon. You can change it back to the main colour scheme in the user control panel, in the preference section, in the meantime if you wish to.

Yesss. That fixed it. Thank you so much. I really dig this darker feel, it feels much more occult and much less mathlete haha

I reinstated the original skin as the default.

Thanks for pointing this out, as the white skin should never have been made the default, it was poorly designed and the avatar display is faulty. I will be checking all the settings and displays here very soon, in case there are any more unauthorised setting changes that previous staff may have made.
