Can somebody tell me if the God Zamolxes was a human first to become a GOD. Had he a particular ritual?

Perhaps it is the other way around. The immortal humanoids that colonised the Earth, bred human slaves and informed them that they, the immortal humanoids, were gods in order to control the humans.
