First of all, I warmly greet you all. I've already read a little and find the content really exciting. I also really like the structure of the forum.
Strange things have often happened to me since I was a child. On my search I encountered all sorts of things and I also tried my hand at magic. I was very surprised that many of the things I tried actually worked. That is why I am sure that there is more in this world that can be seen and heard with naked eyes and ears.
And maybe I'll meet people here, who have experienced something similar. I'm already looking forward to that.
Greetings to all
Re: Greetings to all
Welcome to the forum Ada. I too like the structure here and also the freedom of expression that is lacking at some of the other forums I've frequented.
Neither here nor there
Re: Greetings to all
Thank you CCoburn! And a happy new year! ^^
Freedom of expression is a very great thing. And I understand what you mean. In other forums there is always a direction in which opinion is expected. I would be happy if there was more freedom in this regard!
By the way, I think the font under our names is a really cool idea.

Thank you Ada, and I wish you a very happy New Year as well!! Theology Online was like that. They had a very rigid "expectation for direction of opinion" which went all the way to the top, and eventually culminated in threats by the moderation which to me just means it's time to find another forum.
And then there was this philosophy forum that deleted my post just because there was a music video appended to it(boring), and that was the end of that. It's like the metaphorical frog hopping from one lily pad to the next until eventually I'm right back where I started from.

Exactly. That´s the same thing I experienced in most of the forums.
In one of them I wasn´t even allowed to talk about negative strange or supernatural experiences. "That would draw negative energy into the forum." You have to imagine my shock when I read that. Of course, I left.
So I´m glad I found this one.
