Environment and its effects on practice

Hi, been offline for a longer while (some happened and I didn't have my devices). I want to study more and practice. I live in not a nice enviromnent what affects on me inside and my question is if for me problematic is to do any spells, rituals, can I to do something simple and completely basic? Also is there a way that I could connect myself with Gods, Goddesses, Demons but without the altar for it? It could be problematic if others found out (I haven't any privacy)

I'm glad you asked. You can CERTAINLY do without any physical altars, shrines etc.
Few years back I went on a R&D quest to find out if I can replace the "physical" mediums with "virtual" ones, and I won't bore you with the details, but the answer is definite yet. It's not 100% same, but it's close enough, plus comes with added its own benefits.
So as an example, if you can't do physical, you download some app that would allow you to create virtual spaces instead. Something like "Discord", create your own private server, to act as your own private virtual temple, create rooms in that temple to act as shrines, dedicated for individual specific deities/spirits/demons, and place in there your virtual offerings, your prayers, your poems, your stories and drawings etc. And if you persist, and with passion, virtual temples and shrines will work just as well.
Modern problems require modern solutions.

I am glad to see your response and never I would think that way tbh. I have traditional values and for me this is very important to have things in hands. While I am thinking about it, I see also that will help me with even studying my beliefs, like organize everything my own way and no one would rate me (I am in some Rodnovery groups and they see Rodnoverists who want to go into witchcraft as dumb people because you can only bond with Slavic Gods and Goddesses - I have a deeper view about it ofc, maybe I was meant to be born as a witch, right? + I live in a Slavic country, I have roots here).

Would you call it like a sign if never I was like even trying to practice (for the environment reason) but once out of no reason while falling asleep I said so randomly "I am a Satanist" and there was a bit activity (I don't remember if it was a loud knock in my room and at the same time shadow or one of those.. it was a longer while ago), ofc heart frozen out of fear but came to my mind "that was a Satanic activity or something else from astral side" and I felt safe so I fell asleep. Another is that I was experiencing tiny activities (nothing dangerous) since childhood or I experience predicted dreams, I met few people who weren't a part of dreams.. Once my grandgrandpa with who I had a very strong bond and even if he died while I was 5, for long years randomly I was crying, he came to me once while I was a teen or older at night and since then I don't cry anymore, I got it that was him, while my dog was in a bad health condition and needed surgery for removing her uterus (cancer), I prayed once to Perun for protection for her (it was nothing special, more like simple begging) and she is all good, like nothing happened (they were surprised how her condition was bad but it went so smoothly).. I mean as a sign in a way that always I experience something so if something is like around me, discord or some apps can only make it stronger, the same meaningful and it won't change my situation anyway if it was before getting deeper into Paganism, right?

The Existence is constantly evolving, to survive and to thrive in all planes and all mediums. The greater Enterprises out there all moving with times as fast as the Earth is rotating around the Sun.
There always are people who would rather stay in the past, frozen in time, and that is not somehow inherently wrong, that is perfectly fine, blessed be their hearts.
We, however, prefer evolution, transcendence, always testing and pushing the limits, the boundaries.

I'd call it natural progression, evolution. Quite likely there are people out there already waiting for you to make a move, any even a smallest move, and are willing and ready to help you.
The tools you chose to use, won't really change the nature of things much.

Not all humans are the same. Some do not have souls that pay attention to the human - for various reasons.

Some have souls (solar angels) that struggle to attract the attention of the human personality

Some humans are sufficiently refined and aligned with Light that their solar angel starts to withdraw to give the humanness more room to unfold its higher aspects.

And there are some beings that are relatively newly arrived in Earth humanity - being posted here to help humanity and/or the planet.

The aligned humans and the posted humans typically anchor Intent from before this universe existed.

Those humans carry their own profound authority that is naturally activated as they refine and align their personalities to the higher Light. Attending to gods and demons slows the process of activating the profound authority they naturally carry.
