Would something happen to a person if she fits the description but doesn’t know about the entity? Would something happen if she did know, but never interacted vs if she interacted?

Would something happen if someone were to make a fictional character with those characteristics? Would something happen if the person did not know about the entity vs if they did? The person interacts vs does not interact? The person has no intention for interaction and or connection vs if the person does have intention for interaction and or connection?

What if the person made herself like the characteristics described? Would something happen if the person did not know about the entity vs if they did? The person interacts vs does not interact? That's probably just "creation mythos" you are reading, I don't remember when was the last time I looked trough their texts, and I do not have spare time to go trough it now.
Either way, what's intended/projected with those, and what's actually comes out of those - is rarely one and the same. And those who write those, intentionally or subconsciously, will project and inject their own dreams, fantasies and desires in to their creations, but those non necessary will manifest, or if manifest, not necessary in desired ways.

I didn't participate in DKMU "project". Their work seemed a bit too chaotic, to random, too "let's just throw everything we have in our pockets in to the one pot and see what comes out", for my linking at least. Instead I just linked up with Oscar (local egregore) and we stayed "in touch" ever since.

I've never seen/met Eris/Ellis in person, and if I never met someone in person, I don't know them, no matter how many stories or rumours and gossips I hear from the others.

None of it makes any sense to me, so I have nothing specific to respond. It's like as if you started walking on the wrong foot and ran off with it for a thousand miles, before start asking for directions to a bathroom. Nobody knows where you are any more.

No, probably not.

There could be hundreds and thousands of people (living or not) that have similar or nearly identical traits and characteristics, that in itself does not make them all "quantum entangled". In certain conditions, circumstances, it can potentially help you to find "A" just because it shared something with the "B", but just because "A" and "B" occupy the same "planet" (figuratively speaking, imagine a "hyper-dimensional planet") - that does not necessary mean "A" and "B" will ever end up in the same "room" or same "square mile".
