I had a dream where I met myself. At first this was not lucid. But upon meeting this entity I became aware that I was dreaming. First contact scared the shit out of me and I woke up. But then determined to get to the bottom of this I invoked a lucid and went back to the same environment I found the entity. Therre he was waiting. Sitting in white light that came through from a hole above. Dressed in jet black. His face was pale. His eyes icy. All a distorted reflection of myself. I sat down in front of him. I drapped myself in blue light I knew I was safe and had nothing to fear by confronting this thing. Now what I did and what I want you to try is next when you meat him reach out with both hands and touch his temple or third eye. I did this and I got the message I was ment to get. Secret it may be. A secret for yourself you may find. It was quite enlightening, I can say that much.

Oh and be sure you cover yourself in light just in case it is a liar in wait. It can lie by being something that its not and if you accept its energy into yours it will attatch- not a good thing. Best keep your guard up (protective light), but with an open mind.

Reflection as in you seem to be able to see a place or image reflecting off the eyes. This is common when the entity is under the dominion of annother, at least with a very specific and dangerous (to those who are new to the occult or just not very well skilled, yet have quite a decent reserve of power.) in certain circumstances. A common reflection shadows with icy blue eyes, but not the trench coat ones, would be of a fiery plane that tends to give off an aura that (yeah this sounds wierd from me now doesn't it? Heh... since good/evil are simply objective no?) seems to be a personification of evil.

wouldnt that take ur hands out of the blue-safety light, or allow it to leech onto ur aura or astral body ?

The appearance of it was pretty basic. I doubt it was trench coat. Just black robes I suppose. However I didn't ask it anything. It told me through ummm.. Telepathy or I guess you could call it ossmosis(sp?). And it didn't reply "watching". It was personal.

No because what produces the light is your entire body. Thus your hands also would produce protective energy/light what ever you want to call it.

Ok, I have been trying to enduce sleep paralysis the last past couple nights to hit the "thresh-hold" of astral-projection.

Now How do I "bathe" my astral body in blue light ? Do I just envision it as I meditate to a highten state, or do I do something before I close my eyes to start it ?

Simple, I am new to the occult sciences as I have stated in just about every post. My mind is not trained enough to just simply "will" myself into projection.

I am trying to find the most easiest way I can help build up my skills and learn more about astral.

A beautiful reply Manifesto and I could not agree more. It's very rare that I can just "jump" into the astral...and often times I must meditate for a very long time...often with no results...and I know there are many that feel the same about the matter.

If achiving AP is that easy maybe Ognamus could enlighten us with his simple techniques.

Im in a pretty "pissy" mood right now, and no you have not used the word "n00bish" or "n00b" when talking to me. But somethings can be said without using specific words to say it, so I took it as you calling me a noob.

Eh, I'd never be mad at people for being new to something. I remember when I was new, hell, I had to deal with people who didn't even believe that entities other than energy constructs could EXIST.
