A Fallen Metal Bird

I'm not sure if this is the right place for dreams... My apologies, mod/admin, if this isn't.

Recently I've been having dreams... No.. that makes it sound like I've had multiple dreams, or the same dreams several times - in the last 4 months i've had to dreams - two very, very strong dreams. They burn in my mind's eye when I think of them - flashing as vividly as when I first dreamt them... I don't usually remember dreams well... These, and one other, have I ever remembered in color... In depth...

The first was of me, or... "me". "I" was on a playground, and the sky was red. The kids were going in because it was about to storm. Lighting struck close by me. I turned to look at the ground - nothing wrong. I turned back around and saw my friend telling me to come in - saw the class far behind him - saw the teacher turning around and going inside - saw all the classes doing the same. Then I couldn't hear him anymore - it was loud - so loud there was no sound. (Of course, I'm inferring it to be loud, since there was sound, then none, and as you'll see, sound again). I saw a plane - the right wing was on flames. It passed "over" the school - it looked over the school from the angle I saw it - and then proceeded several miles to my left, hit, and exploded. I heard the explosion, cuz after the plane passed sound came back. Ground trembled and, for whatever reason, I was urged to go running after it - I had a need - a desire - a fate to do so. Some force pushed me to run towards the plane and help. I got there in no time, as it was a dream - nice little bits cut out of it. A man drove me there after so long in an old junky truck. I got there, and it had crashed DEEP in the water. 3/4 of the plane were IN the ground. A passenger's door was open and I waded out in to the water to see if anyone was alive to help. There were many people there - none helping. A dog came out with me and he went up to the passanger door and then yelped, swam back, and died in seconds. I was afraid. A snake came swimming out - it was red and missing half its body. I tried to back off and let it swim, but it came up to me from nowhere, bit me, and I swam off, telling a lady to get me to the hospital cuz I needed help. Then I woke up.

This was about 4 months ago.

A few weeks ago a similar dream occured.

"I" was looking outside my window at a night sky, and from out of nowhere I see the strobe lights of a large passenger plane. However, they were very close. Suddenly the sky errupted in red as the right wing engine exploded. It hit soon after. Again I felt compelled to run after it and help, but I couldn't this time. I was grabbed by my mother and told to be calm. I told her I wanted to help, so she said I could go outside. For whatever reason, my helping was to clean up a parking lot. I did so - the sky was reddening with sunrise. I don't know exactly how I did it, but I was also picking up water, as well as trash, with one of those spiked sticks that convicts use to clean the sides of roads up. I added the water, and made a note of how dirty it was, since it was rain water on a parking lot. My mom came up to me and she asked if i had gotten any water, because my dad and the other firefighters would be thirsty. (My dad's NOT a fire fighter in real life). I told her no - that it wasn't water from a good place, but water like from the well - dirty water. (Whatever that meant). Then I looked out over the flaming sky, pluming with black smoke, and saw a wildly burning fire down a hill from where the parking lot was, and then I woke up.

I'm curious if anyone else has had similar dreams, or might have insight in to this. The snake bothers me... And now that i've had the second plane crash dream, that has bugged me too.

If I had this dream I would be compelled to assume it was a premonition of some kind. I would seriously consider avoiding planes. I would also wonder if this was a premonition of a terrorist attack (what country are you in?). Furthermore, I have a feeling the planes in the two dreams are supposed to be the same one.

Important symbols:

Water: A dog dies in the first dream when he swims in the water of the plane crash. You pick up "bad water" associated with the plane crash. There is bad water everywhere when this plane crashes. Humans are 70% water, and to me water means the nourishing life force (as opposed to air, the burning life force, or food -- element Earth -- the fuel life force, or fire, the process of the life force). I sense strong discord in this symbol; think poison. What else does water mean to you?

The snake: It appears that in the first dream the snake is what killed your dog, then it came after you. It also adds to the poison theme. So incredibly deadly, yet small, its face is closely associated with cunning and swift death. The fact that it was missing half its body suggests a hindrance of some kind, as if it had been injured in the crash and is using every last ounce of its strength to kill as many as possible.

Does this help?

Awesome.

To answer a few questions: I live in the U.S. Fairly close to an airport and seaport - I live in the Houston, TX area.

In regards to water, I don't have any fears of water - I enjoy water. The rain, pool, bathing, etc. It seems to me the most flawless thing that the Mother Earth has given us. Then we went and spoiled it.

That has helped - and I have thought about the prospect of terrorism, or possible fortune telling. Does the fact that I'm strong on my right side have anything to do with the burning of the right wings?

Thanks for your help in answering this :)

And all are welcome to give their opinions on the matter(s).
