1) Have you ever astrally projected, travelled in the spirit, etc. by your own will?

2) Have you ever ^^ by a will apparently other than your own? Do you know why?

3) If 1 is yes, what method did you use to achieve this?

5) If 4 is yes, what exactly was your purpose?

6) If 4 is yes, were you able to communicate with them? Must be reeeal hard to properly communicate with someone whilst projected if they are not sensitive at least...

Yes.

Yes. I think 'it' was trying to kick the crap out of me...so to speak.

Progressive relaxation, visualisation...and patience. You can feel when you astral body becomes ready to go a-wandering. It's like a buzzing vibration. That's when I try to get out of my body.

4) Have you ever projected to another person?

I think so, but not intentionally.

5) If 4 is yes, what exactly was your purpose?

No idea.

6) If 4 is yes, were you able to communicate with them? Must be reeeal hard to properly communicate with someone whilst projected if they are not sensitive at least...

No. I was taking more of a backrow seat to their dreamscape and I didn't really have a clue untill the end of the experience.

2. Yes and no. I was willing, so it was my will combined with "its". It was an attempt to establish contact with a dragon, see silver ravenwolf's "dancing with dragons".
3. By reaching the self dicipline to align energy centers/chakras in a relaxed state of mind such that my will was able to gather energy from my centered chakras and create a vehicle, any shape my imagination can will and sustain. The next part can only be described like this: While I have my "vehicle" ready I allow my consousness to simply flow from my body into this bundle of energy.

5. One time it was a joint effort to attempt to "merge" our spiritual beings together temporarily. Another it was to cause as much damge as I could will (a case of obvious child abuse where nobody is will to do anything about it)
6. Yes. Communicating is pretty much empathic. You simply sense things like expressions and emotions. The equaivilant of thought exchange. So your perception of an astral conversation may be a combination of sights and sounds and feelings yet its interpreted as speach.

Like when I met the person I was aiming to form a spiritual bond with we met in a place on the astral that was like a bunch of floating islands forming a spiral, each lush with life and plants and with a lake, river and a water fall that emptied out unto another island. All of this is suspended in some sort of space composed of endless swirling colors and paths to follow leading in all directions. When we both found eachother to describe the communication is like describing sex, my favorite food, events in time and my partners sensations at the same time. Yet for some reason it really wasn't that hard to comprehend the conversation. I think it was becuase both our minds wanted this to happen.

When I tried to communicate with the child abuser I mentioned I don't think he could comprehend the fact that what he was getting was comming from me. (He had no idea I was trying to get him, so why would he relate his dreams to me?) After my mom told me that he was having nightmares that were keeping him up and interfering with his work I knew he got the message.

3. I went into a lucid dream so I summoned Arial, by simply calling for him. He came and I asked him to help me to Astral travel. I got a flash of a responce and then instantly found myself out of body above my bed. It was a wild chain of events because I did two firsts in one night...I summoned my first time and astral travelled

6: Direct conversation with people? Poorly but yes. There are some damned annoying issues such as the mindset of both people, how well they know each other, and the skill of each person involved. Honestly it's easier to communicate with the average entity cause they tend to be more sane.

Yes

Don't know. Edit: Yes, one time when my mother was angry I think she unknowingly continued to pester me during her sleep by deaming about her arguing with me. First I did'nt know it was her but then I projected to full lucidity and confronted her. Funny how people can appear on the astral plane, I almost did'nt recognize her... All fuzzy and several years younger. Is it because how I percieve her or how she percieves herself? hmm...
There has also been some unidentified shapes standing in my room.

Intentional-uncomfortable-sleeping (to hot) and at other times during meditation or from lucid dreams.

4) Have you ever projected to another person?
Yes, but but No - not anyone I know in this world. Edit: yes, several people. Sometimes I've tried to extract information to confirm the validity of their actual presance to the physical world. But either I could'nt remember/percieve the information correctly or they were unable to respond to my questions. (I asked for the e-mail of a friend I had not been in contact with for some years for example.)

YES, but I'm NOT bragging...it's only happened a few times and each time the trip did not last all that long.

Yes because I needed to know deep secrets of some form or another. One time it was more dream like and I only remember bits of it, the other time I'm not at liberty to discuss in such a public place such as the OF.

I used the techniques as described by Robert Monroe and Robert Bruce (with the assistance of the BWGen).

4) Have you ever projected to another person?
Yes. BUT it was more of an OOBE then AP.

-A. To see what they were doing (because I missed them)

No, but then I did not try. I am pretty sure I was of the mind that I could not be heard. Kinda like Scrooge when the ghosts took him from place to place...at least that's what I felt like.

I observed and later described the environment and actions of two schoolmates for verification. (Many years ago, when this all happened)
