help with Astral Projection

I have only had an AP experience once, (and it occured by accident lol)

what methods do you guys use to Astrally Project?

I want to be able to do it again but unfortunately i've not been able to.

hello there, well I have seen many people try and try to have them, but the trying is not the key, letting it come is, and being able to understand the depths of your own consciousness, I think learning your dreams is crucial in astral projection and gaining lucidity, for it is the complete aware mind that allows us to detach from the pyhyscal world
here are some guides and a website that should help you learn your subconscious and gain awareness. the dreams and insights is the guide I wrote, I think it is a good way to began astral projection, by learning your dreams first..
