My aura seems to come out about half an inch and lately has been light but bright green.

I haven't tried to measure my aura only that I see it as a deep blue or almost black purple. That probably extends about one and a half inches. But on the astral plains, maybe as a result of some sort of phase shift, my aura is incredibly bright and white with haunting blue eyes. A friend that I shared dreams with said that each time we met she saw something similar to what I just described. This is how I look with out altering myself. Its possible to shapeshift into most any form, especially when one is in AP. In which case, I have no idea how to measure how far my aura radiats.

I read somewhere that we have a tendency to wear a colour that we are most comfortable with. Its usually a reflection of our personalities and the corresponding chakra , that we are most intune with.

are yu saying my natural aura? if so, about a couple of feet i guess, never did try to measure, but as far as i know, i can "flare" up my aura to almost any size, but with teh side affect of majorly increasing my energy (and sorta get a EXTREEEEEEEEEEEEEMMEEEE sugar rush per say...) anyhoe, just my 2 cents and a half.

we all have 7 different auric layers..and you guys are all comparing different ones there, most of you are comparing the first auric layer and others are talking about the others lol .. so no correct comparison is going on if that is a "who has bigger aura" kind of competition lol . I bet you all hands down :p lol . It all depends on how much work you have been doing on yourself and the kinds of meditations you are doing which will make your aura bigger and stronger. Does it really matter who has the bigger aura. You should only be comparing you with yourself. I find it good to check my process via my chakral sizes and aura.

If one wants to read auras correctly one has to know what the various shades of colour mean (not just the colour) as different shades mean different things eg yellowish green ..auric colour of a lier and cheat . dark green-reflects mental stress iridescent green- indicates friendliness, reliability and openess

yes that is true.. eg the colour black affects me very negatively. If i shut my eyes and someone tries sneaking up to me who is wearing a lot of black eg a black jacket, it will actually make me fall backwards and stagger back from them. Me and my friends tested that out when one of them realised that i was constantly subconsciously reacting to people wearing black (I didnt even realise I was till we did that test...and had various ones wearing various colours sneaking up to me.. It is only the black i really react too). I would never wear black either, it makes me feel yucky.

Ya... it makes sense to me that we have more then one. When I first wanted to see auras I could only see a very thin, mabey 2 or 3mm aura... and it is really hard for me to tell what color it is but I think it is useually blueish green. Now I see this all the time... But now when I stare at my hands for a while to see my aura I can now see somthing that looks really awesome... when I see it , it reminds me of a glowing lime popsickle. After a while will I beable to see this all the time? I want to beable to see other peoples auras with out having to stare at them for long periods of time.

I havent tried that ritual without the god names but I think you can try. Try and see what happens. Just try to have that divine powerful light descend upon on you, feel it in your spirit. And I do the checking in dim light or in a mostly dark room. Having bright light may block your vision.

My aura when i was more active happy and less depressed usualy drifts between green and blue. its now mostly just a shell around me unless I have something to do that requiers me to be up and charged. but im kinda in a holding patteren.

Ya, Mine is normally green or greenish blue, but a few nights ago, it was green but it looked like it was greenish blue, then greenish purple, then greenish pink then greenish yellow.... it was wierd... has this happened to anyone before?
Edit: Oh, and the color changing was fast, like just over 1 second and the color would change. I forgot to mention that the color was closest to my body while the green was just outside of that.
