i am reading robert bruce's book astral dynamics...and i have come acrossed a question. In one of his stories he talks about his "real time zone" copy flying around his roof while his physical body is in a "awake" state....Now i was wondering if you could accidentally project while doing something relaxing like reading a book or something...we would never know about it unless the shadow memory was remembered properly......
could this hapen or am i not understanding corectly?

yes, it do occur naturaly. But i have never experinced that kind of duallity like he writes about in that book. The "vibrations" come quite often while I lay in my bed reading when I'm tired.
At other times when I know I have gone to sleep, I find myself reading some book. But the words seems all fuzzy and strange and I'm in a wierd position at the other end of the bed. Then I realize I'm no longer in this realm and I usually get up and fly thru the window.

This is most deffinitely possible. In fact, it happened to me less than two weeks ago. I had just got home after smoking some cannabis sativa plant material with a friend and decided to go to sleep. However, instead of sleeping my mind came into a trance and I could see myself laying in the bed. It was comparable to a third person point of view and at first I was afraid but then I remember what Astral Projection was and figured I had been lifted to the next plane. So in conclusion, accidental projection is completely possible, and it can be helped by inducing your mind with the chemicals contained in C. Sativa.

i've read the same thing , this is about getting feedback if i remember right . Sounds quite like a bad experience to me . But he does state thats its very possible that you accidentally or unknowingly do project yes . A bit later in the book he gets a bit fuzzy about body awareness im not sure how to take that . If he means feeling or attention
