i was in my room with the lights off and i started to imagine my self rising out of myself first i imagined falling really fast and my heart started to race i dont think i was astraling because i was aware of my body functions but i was doing some thing then i imagined myself rising like i was going into the upperworld and i felt big beings holding me both of their hands under me and i felt really relaxed then i got a mental image and they where really tall and had monster brown rough skin and were dressed in yellow and white then i got another image they had monsterish hands and pointy fingernails and had yellow skin under their hands it wouldn't of scared any one but they look like they would have been negative beings but they gave a really powerful positive vibe then i tried to rise higher but something wasn't letting me like i couldn't go through a ceilling why is it not letting me go higher and has any one ever had an experience like mine?

Hmm..I haven't AP before but I think the reason you couldn't go higher is because you need to be dead I guess in order to go higher, your not enlightened enough or something like that. Though I find the first one more better as an answer to me. THis is just what I think and not experience...

I think it has more to do with state of mind (sorry a bit obvious) the highest plane i reached is when i forgot who is was completely, i did not have a name, or sex (gender), i remember trying to figure out what my mother's name was but had no clue. When i gave up asking stupid questions and went with the experience i became a ball of white energy. i rose from whiteness to another plain covered in ocean and green rolling hills, were (apparently) i had lived for around 2000 years with a mate of indeterminate sex, no kids? and i was another being altogether.(not human). Extremely positive experience, but i am glad i came back. if you feel positive energy on a plain then it is just that, positive, don't worry about what they look like.
