Am I doing this correctly?

Ok, today I was board in Gym class so I decided to try to make a ki ball or some sort. I had my fingers facing each other except they were apart. Then I pictured a greenish energy flowing between the gap. The I pushed my fingers together and I felt a tingling sensation. It was mild though. Did I actually make ki come out my hands?

Most of the people call the psi balls (Psionic ball?) though...but ki certainly works.

yeah you did it right and stuff. you can go to http://www.psipog.net to learn more on psi balls and other psychic abilities. this site is by far the best, in my opinion, when i tell people or at least direct them to this site.
