We could go thru life seeing only what is beautiful & pleasant and close our eyes whenever faced with something ugly and unpleasant.
At first, it may seem like a positive outlook on life - but is it?
By accepting things the way they really are we learn to flow with life which makes us feel at ease, by resisting, we create our own unhappiness.
Let us learn from our daily observations & experiences and accept them for what they are, without holding on to our feelings and thoughts.
Sharing positive experiences is inspiring and that has it's place, while contemplating the way things really are - makes for wisdom...

Looking at everything and continuously digging into everything is tough. The more you see the more there is to see. Its tough to share reality in a world full of people who prefer blinders, and hard to understand someone else's reality with a better grasp on things - I'm wearing the blinders too.
I've found that embracing all light and darkness at once can give way to happiness during periods of either. People who haven't been swarmed by negativity and dealt with it will walk through there life thinking that a look someone gave them is the worst thing ever to happen. And apparantly until they peer into that dark crevice they won't be able to deal with issues smoothly as they come up.
