Self. How about when one has a burden on lock? But isn't it going to be over 7 months from now? Yes. So with that, you will make things easier on yourself with a little more of the needed patience.. Because one may run around crazy,but the theme is still there and unpatience just wears the line thin. A patient person will be a happier person. I do not mean to be senial, but patient which are worlds apart. So know when you overreact, and you do, that is if you are not perfect.
Judging. Know that we are humans with different goals in life. When one jugdges one sees of what one knows best and crittizises from there. And what is it one knows best? One's likes and dislikes. And since when where your likes and dislikes official to the universe? Then since when did the other loose the right of nessesity? Know that forgiveness is great,and greater than a crittizism that shrinks the oppressor in size. So know when you judge, and judging is not all that important as the trouble that is caused, because then one has to be on the look out. That is not good.

I think judging on some level is a natural, cognitive process of our psyche. The matter of concern may be the manner in which some pass judgement. People should keep in mind that chances are, your left brain is reality's right.

If I judge without knowing all of the facts and only what I think, then I am informing with a prejudice unless I say it is within my personal experience or my opinion.
I suppose if I am as fully informed as I can be with empirical evidence from a reliable source or I have personally researched a topic, then I can make a judgement based on those findings. I may not be the best judge, there may be someone who can add superior knowledge to the facts and a picture is built up. There is always more to know about things, there is no final judgement in most things. There is only what we can know at the time with what we have available to find that out.

A teacher of life once told me when I asked her why she was crittizising me (?) It is constructive crittizism. Knowing that I had the want to become better, therefore she gave me her thoughts about the subject.
