Oh wow, the other OF is run by a troll
I don't know if there is any history between this OF and the other (which is occultforums not occultforum), but damn one of their admistrators, Iza, is a troll. I was banned, because I "quoted her text". For starters there is nothing in the rules or FAQ that forbid it, secondly it doesn't even make sense. I also saw her personally attack (ad hominen) many people with personal insults. Anyone else have some info/experience on that place/person?

I have had that similar experience. That Dr. Seuss hat has over 3000 posts. Very rare to see anything posted over 2 sentences.

I feel it's poor netiquette for me to comment much on this,
but I am aware of certain previous and current issues regarding the aforementioned forum. [shh]
As far as I know,however,we as a forum entity,do not harbour any ongoing ill will to any other site.
That being said,of course,I can't guarantee any other site feels the same way. [shh] [shh]
May I just point out that here on OF you would have to be breaching TOS in some way,for us to become formal/issue warnings etc.
We do our best to keep moderation on the light side at OF and warn members before sanctioning in any way.
Decisions are not arbitary or made individually,here at OF as we can suspend accounts temporarily and discuss whether further action is warranted,as a team.
Personal aside below:
I despise Neo Nazism,in case nobody noticed,lol and I suspended an account for breaching TOS regarding hate speech/incitment.I had full support for the ban issued and the ex member showed their true Trolling colours soon after,however I did go after him in the Troll pit,as an individual and member,when he did .prolly shouldn't have done so,but it was open and honest and I do not regret it.
[I do regret not remaining as impartial as I should have,however.Mea Culpa.]

There are other Decent Occult and Magick forums online.Some are not so easy to find on a general search.
Perhaps a thread or post with some links might be useful? [idea]
I hang out at a few,mostly as a lurker,I can recommend some for anybody interested?
Some forums are specialist,they cater to certain Paradigms/paths but they still provide great info and learning material for all types of Occult and Arcane subjects.
I'll start a thread for thisin a bit,unless somebody else wants to in the interim,lol [thumbup] ...I am busy today,got a hangover,lol and got a Halloween party tonight,yipee...!!!
