Hello. I have been scrying since 2008. I just have one simple question. Do the visions you see using a crystal ball appear inside the crystal ball, or around it like I experience with a black mirror? For instance, as many seers know, you can see visions while looking into a dark room, just like using a black mirror(ie. you can look away or see visions in other areas than the mirror), but with crystal balls, I just don't have any experience with them, and don't know where exactly the visions will ALWAYS appear. I have a 4 inch crystal ball on the way to my house in the mail. I can scry with my eyes closed, but I have heard some many interesting things with crystal balls, and also intend to use it to scry magickally with spirits. Thanks for your help.

Hello Andy,
I would repurpose that crystal ball. Instead just become a seer like I did if you really want to see that badly. Also note that Caitlin Matthews of Psychic Shield fame doesn't recommend scrying.
