Artificial elements
I read in a book that we humans have the power to create entities and spirits just with our mind, like make up our own little spirit or god like being is this true? He called them artificial elements that if we put power in thought and make it real it will become real if this is true how would i go about doing this? Thanks
Re: Artificial elements
It's not something I know much about personally, but iirc chaos magic is quite big on that kind of thing, hopefully one of the guys a bit more knowledgeable in that area will chip in.

'The Path of Illumination'
he who gives himself to this path

cut by cut it is honed to perfection"

Yes, its fully possible to create a spirit or god-like being with your mind - all you need to do is attribute belief to it and dedicate time and energy to it and you will have a god-form. Some cultures call such things a fetish, and fetish creation and devotion has been around for rather a long time in many religions. You can read more on fetishes here - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fetishism
As for creating spirits, all you need to do is believe that youre being assisted by a spirit and youve created one through belief - its that simple. Lucky hats, tools, sports gear, etc - all can be said to exist through the creation of spirit entities of good fortune. Chaos magic takes this one step further through the creation of servitors and the use of sigils, but theres plenty of threads on these already for you to check up on so I wont repeat them here.
