Talismans ~ store bought vs. self-made
I was looking around at some talismans on the net and eventually came around to wondering if they would work as well as a talisman one made themself. That is to say,....the same talisman, but one that is mass produced versus drawing/carving, etc. the image yourself. So, do you think there is really a difference? Does one work better than the other? Equally as well? Worse?

Better to do it yourself, as with anything.
Putting all that Energy and Intent into your work has to be more effective than the efforts of some 10 year-old Malaysian factory worker on Meth.

I agree that it's better when you make it yourself.
However, if you come across a talisman that appeals to you a lot, you should buy it. It will work wonderfully.
I've never bought talismans off the internet tho. The ones I got, I bought them from an occult store where I could feel their energy. I absolutely love them and they're working great for me.
I also got one as a gift from my mother. Few years ago, she caught the Feng Shui fever and she started to fill the house with little statues of frogs, doves, elephants... an animal in every corner. That was funny.
So when she gave me a Feng Shui health protection amulet I was amused, but because I didn't want to upset her, I put the thing in my jacket pocket( it was in the winter), so I had it with me whenever I went outside.
Funny thing, I didn't catch the flu that winter, not even a cold, and I'm like a magnet for the thing, I get it 2 or 3 times per year even if I get vaccinated against it.
However, if you come across a talisman that appeals to you a lot, you should buy it. It will work wonderfully.
