Communitcation W? Spirits And Psychic abilties

Hello, I am posting today to ask for help in regards to communicating with spirits. I have summoned them before and have established contact and now it is not working that well.
What should I expect in regards to communication? (I have created a pact and am wondering the next step of action in order to complete the already signed pact)
Will opening my psychic abilities help? If so how do I do it?
I suck at scrying and have been trying but nothing so far.
Any other advice is appreciated?

I was told by the spirit not to worry but I want to make sure that it is completed.

Work through the training manual in my signature (scroll down a few posts for the pdf) and then, after that, work through A Short Course on Scrying.

You'll find it much easier to do this type of work after all of that, and if you get more serious and work through the first eight steps of Franz Bardon's Initiation Into Hermetics you'll find it to be a breeze.
