Recently for the waning moon I did a binding of negative aspects of my personality. I wrote the negative qualities down on small strips of paper, bound them in black play-doh with an herb (wormwood), wrapped it in some golden wire, verbally repeated that I was binding these qualities and they will not control me, but I will control them. I visualized myself as a deity (Kali) which felt very powerful and I put the ball into a plastic container so it's sealed up. The spell seems to have been pretty effective actually.
