Nowadays my skeletal praxis has evolved even further and i'm starting to see its connection with not only increased Vitality, but Longevity, seems like working with the bones helps purify the blood and is a useful storehouse for internal power. I've mentioned many other benefits in the previous thread for those who wish to peruse.

In addition, i started off using the Uruz rune and "AHH" key sound for cleansing impurities in the bone. Now i use an energy sword technique to pierce the bones and cleanse through impurities. I also discovered that the Hold the Ball technique in Taoist Chi Kung has a healthy effect on Bone Cultivation.

I'll continue to update this thread with my insights as they come. I've posted this here in the Minerals section as i see this method of training has a clear connection to that Arcana. Cheers.

Its been awhile...but here's an update on recent insights. In history and fiction, you hear about the concept of "Royal Blood". The blood of Kings, Princes....etc. Given how many asshat leaders we've had in human history, it is hard to believe there is any coherence to this notion. However, recent studies in Bone training, has taught me otherwise.

Blood is powerful, and Royal blood is an actual "thing". Bones are the source of Blood creation in the body, so you can find the mysteries stored inward. Tis a deep and profound arcana. Still exploring.

Stability and Processing. I've known that skeletal training helps with both of these things since the beginning.....but now in my life.....as i've been processing through an exorbitant and unavoidable amount of bullshit....I appreciate it more than ever.

If your being pigeonholed down a karmic mud-hole, where you have no choice but to work through old debris....stabilizing your energy will aid you in many beneficial ways....not to be underestimated.

A small update: On the concept of Blood and the various grades of lineage (Royal Blood). My understanding, is that qualitative difference in Lineage, that we pass on...comes back to Ancestral Energy. The positive/negative acts that are ancestors have done, ennobles or pollutes the future generation. Blood seems to be a storage space for this Ancestral Gnosis.


As a result....if your into this woo-woo stuff and plan on continuing the family line (having children), it behooves you to take out the cleaning supplies and cleanse the bloodline via ancestral work. Not gonna lie....as someone who's done quite a bit of this work...its not easy and is not a 1 off. You gotta keep going at it for years at a time, to really dig deep into the ancestral line and root out non-sense.

Depending on what kinda issues your working with and the quality of your ancestors....difficulties may vary. On the positive side, the benefits don't just go to the future-generations, but you'll find things also "move" easier in the present.

A note that is not directly related to Skeletal training....but is in the same ball park. I started fooling around a bit with body conditioning, but not in the normal sense of push-ups and weights. Rather i'm exploring energetic techniques that help refine the physique specifically. This method that i developed is a 3 month intensive that focuses on drawing toxins out of the internal organs and muscular tissues in order to refine the physical body. I'll report back once i'm finished.

It's going to be one of the more interesting projects i'm pursuing....as most of the methods i've explored in the past, focus on cultivating the subtle channels.

Another note on blood. "Dragons Blood" is a common concept in mythology and pop culture throughout the world. Never thought much of it.....but based on recent gnosis.....it does seem like this is a real thing. Will have to continue tinkering.

Aliens (1986).....the sequel to what some might consider the greatest horror flick ever made. I was watching clips of this movie and started think about the Xenomorphs (aliens) in the context of genetics. The moment these parasitic bastards are born.....there at the top of the biological food chain....they can eat, kill and conquer any species. Technologically advanced human beings with machine guns are still no match. In theory.....behind this profoundly lethal and advanced alien race, is likely a couple billion years of genetic adaptation and struggle. A species that chose a very "dark" genetic trajectory.....and dove straight into the abyss.

I've talked a bit about energy-healing tech and genetics in this thread....but with this movie as hellish inspiration....i couldn't help but think....when it comes to clearing out your bloodline and working through ancestral goo.....how far can you take it?

Every-person is born with differing genetic traits....its a mixed bag, depending on ancestry.....but what if some occult nerd sat around for 20-30 years and just focused everyday on clearing out genetic garbage and strengthening the blood-line? What kind of ancestral heritage would he leave for the future? Its difficult to say.

I've come across a variety of techniques.....and even those varied processes would likely add different energetic contributions/effects for the future line. A short story from my own experiences with ancestral work: i did years of work cleaning out crap in my line....very strenuous and did it with the help of a spirit ally. One surprising outcome of the project, was that the work was so intensive that said "spirit ally" actually become part of my ancestral line. In other words, the work created a subtle connection between my blood-line and the spirit helper. As a result, any future ancestors will have a subtle connection to that spirit and be able to connect/work with him with greater ease.

That's just one occurrence.....this topic is so far over my head.....but in my own mad-scientist occult curiosity....find it fascinating. It'll probably take a long time to get a solid grasp on the implications of this tech.

Many factions in history, have had similar thoughts on this topic and ancestral worship is probably the oldest spiritual practice on the planet. On the darker side of the coin....a modern ideology that tinkered with genetics, in a forceful way, was the Eugenics movement. I wonder....if these tyrannical political movements, were confronted with tech to pursue this kind of internal transformation....what would be there reaction?

Another note on bloodlines and ancestry.

I am familiar with physical ancestry and refining the mortal bloodline.....but there is another dimension which is key....and that is celestial ancestry....kin that dwell in the higher planes.....far from the physical. I've learned that both physical and ethereal ancestry.....can be a tremendous pain in the ass. Alas, I don't have significant methods for healing these loftier aspects of ancestry. I'll need to keep tinkering to figure out some tech.

Group/bloodline karma follows lines of least resistance. If asked nicely the Lipika Lords may move karmic flow to other members of the group.

Ask the Lipika Lords of the system within which the karma is active: planetary, solar, galactic, etc

Archon of Balance, Karmic Debt Collector, Burner of Dross, Balancer of Scales......etc.

Working with beings who oversee the sorting of "debts".....is a powerful pathway. There are definitely worse methods...though, as with all spirit work...leave room for unexpected outcomes and use proper etiquette.
