I am a beginner. Recently as I have been going into my trances, and into the astral realm, I have consistently noted a black, shadowy yet humanoid figure, always just out of clear sight. All I can clearly make out are the piercing red eyes. Please, someone explain this to me...

Sounds like a typical "Shadow Person" to me. If you search around in other posts, you may run into several conversations discussing similar experiences.... Some would say that they're merely watchers on the astral...rarely interfering with people or causing actual harm...your actions must have gotten their attention somehow...anyone else's opinion on this?

this brings up a interesting question, what does it mean or signify when a shadow person crosses ova into earthly planes ?

I dont know much about this, but being as thou they said the shadow figures are "guardians" and "watchers". They may be making sure that being ur contacting doesnt harm you, your harm it. or gain knowledge that shouldnt be gained by u(or the human race) at this moment in time.
Im not sure, im just talking out my neck.

I dont know much about this, but being as thou they said the shadow figures are "guardians" and "watchers". They may be making sure that being ur contacting doesnt harm you, your harm it. or gain knowledge that shouldnt be gained by u(or the human race) at this moment in time.

No i dont think I had conversation wit beings in my dreams, and I dont know maybe that being cold while talking is a sign u should research on the earth plane who this being is before you search for it on the astral.
Isnt cold usually the sign of darkness or bad vibrations

Well since everything has a vibration to it, could it be that the cold feeling u experience is due to the negitive vibrations of the being ?
I think positive things have warm feelings, and evil cold feelings. The reason i say this is because u usually hear of a cold breeze or feeling when ever demons or demonic entities are talked about.

If its a shadow person , its a #$%%ing nsty , If you do drugs , and that includes dope stop , cause it'll break down your protective aura. I dont like the idea of this thing watching you . Sounds like its just waiting for a opportunity to strike and if it attaches it self unto you , it'll never stop draining you , causing depression . And it wont just leave either , takes quite a bit of power to remove it once its attached .

Question: For awhile now, I for the most part feel shy or bored. i wouldnt call myself depressed but I can say maybe boarder line. How do you know something is attached to you
Sometimes when I go into "sleep paralysis" I usually notice a figure every now and then standing by my bed, or coming up to my bed then i wake myself up cuz the figure unease's me (might be because of its vibration or because im new to this) I also noticed, last time this happened the figure looked more "wiggly" and was over-all a white entity

No,no. I do not wish to harm the Watchers. I wish to obtain their assistance in finding out if the being I have been conversing with is evil, and if so, their assistance in destroying it, or at least keeping it away from me.

Oh....but still...my gut tells me that the Watchers will be no help in that direction...otherwise, they wouldn't simply be "Watchers" would they? They'd be "Guides" or "Communicators" or something other than "Watchers." But in any case, if you communicate to them, and they do not respond....then that is that, ya know? You can't really "force" anything into assisting you, you know...
Who are the things you are trying to communicate with and define their alignment(s)? ...maybe if you give a specific name or description of them someone here can help you out if they have any knowledge on the individual....
