Welp....I just dove right in...never worried about side effects. I did experience high energy, and whatever emotional issues that surface I just deal with. I agree with Skeptismo about finding someone to discuss any emotional issues with, that ALWAYS helps...releasing the old crap.
As far as knowing if we're ready to do it....that's your intuitions job. What do you feel?

The Temple of Ma'at places the MP ritual only post portal. All work in the outer grades employs the EEE ( Elemental Equilibriation Exercise ). Regardie was the sole impetus in this contemporary arrangement. The MP was once used in the outer grades of the G.'.D.'.. Some Orders, groups and individuals will all vary in their opinions of when one is ready for it; but
remember you are the psychonaut and the best judge of when you are ready for any operation, working etc... If you remain truly honest with yourself you will know when the time is right.
